  • keep distance
  • Wear a FFP2 mask where prescribed
  • Cough and sneeze into a tissue
  • No shaking hands - we greet you with a smile in our eyes
  • If you feel sick before going on vacation: stay at home
  • If you feel sick while on vacation: stay in the room and contact the reception by phone to discuss further steps
  • Pay attention to the symptoms: dry cough, shortness of breath, sore throat with and without fever, loss of taste / smell

We look forward to welcome you and we'll do your best to guarantee your safety!

In view of the current situation, our employees have received extensive training on hygiene measures in contact with guests. Christine Schlosser-Lohninger is our certified COVID19 representative on site.

  • Our employees are tested once a week for the pathogen “SARS-CoV-2” (COVID) by means of PCR testing, despite double or triple vaccination protection
  • All non-vaccinated employees also carry out a PCR test several times a week in order to be able to present valid evidence throughout (3G verification requirement at the workplace).
  • Hand disinfectant dispensers are available on every floor as well as at the hotel and restaurant entrance. You will also find a way to disinfect your hands on the table allocated to you in the restaurant.
  • Handrails, doorknobs and lift buttons are disinfected and cleaned several times a day.
  • We clean our bed and table linen and towels according to certified hygiene standards.
  • Reliable, highly effective disinfecting detergents are used in the rooms.

As you can see, we do everything humanly possible for your safety!
